Section 198 Notification
The Company was notified on 18th January 2005 pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary shares ('Shares'):
- By Legal and General Investment Management Ltd (a subsidiary of Legal and General plc) that it had on 14th January 2005 an existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 2,429,363 of the Company's Shares representing 3.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
