Section 198 Notice
The Company was notified on 4th August 2006 pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary shares ('Shares'):
By Fidelity International that it had on 3rd August 2006 an existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 2,120,543 of the Company's shares representing 3.41% of the issued share capital of the Company.
