Section 198 Notification
The Company was notified on May 2004 pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 ("Act") of the following interests in the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares"):
- By the Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited that it had on 6th May 2004 an existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 2,478,132 of the Company's Shares representing 3.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.
