Director/PDMR Shareholding
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS.
The Company was informed today by Andrew Davies that he has today disposed of 172,000 shares at 723p per share. The disposal was made in order to complete a forthcoming property purchase.
Andrew Davies's resultant total holding in the Company is 188,125 shares representing 0.297% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
