Customer Service Award for Bangor funeral home
Staff at Russells of Bangor in Northern Ireland, were celebrating after reaching the final of the local business awards, organised by the Bangor Chamber of Trade.
“We are delighted to have been nominated for the Customer Service Award,” said Barry McBratney, area manager. “We received a visit from a mystery shopper, were inspected by the organisers and had to provide proof of customer feedback via questionnaires, letters of thanks and cards.”
