Fifth generation of Lawrence family qualifies as a funeral director
Lawrence Funeral Service in Halifax has had its latest member of staff pass the Diploma in Funeral Directing.
Fiona Reinsch (formerly Lawrence) is the fifth generation of the Lawrence family to work in the business founded by her great, great grandfather, John Lawrence in 1857.
Fiona says: “I was born and grew up in this area and so feel part of the community. It is a privilege to be able to help bereaved families at their time of need and work for the family firm.”
Fiona's qualification means there are eight members of the team who hold the qualification, one of the highest ratios in Yorkshire.
